I received a damaged ground shipment

It is important that when you receive your shipment, if it appears to be damaged, refuse the order and/or mark shipment as damaged on delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If you were not home or not able to inspect the item but the package appears damaged, immediately take pictures of the condition of the box. Once you have taken pictures of the package open the package to inspect the condition of the unit. If the contents are damaged than take pictures of the damaged product. Send the pictures of the package and the item to [e-mail] so that we may start a damage claim for you.
